Geelmuyden Kiese Executives Appointed as Partners in Paritee

Tuesday, June 24, 2025 – Oslo – Paritee, the international agency group, is expanding its partner program to further strengthen cross-market leadership and strategic collaboration. Bjørn Richard Johansen, Commercial Director at Geelmuyden Kiese, and Mikkel Salgaard Bendtsen, Country Manager in Denmark, have both been appointed as new partners in Paritee.

Both Johansen and Salgaard Bendtsen will continue in their respective executive roles at Geelmuyden Kiese while contributing to Paritee’s broader group-wide leadership and strategic development.

For over 20 years, Johansen has played a central role in shaping the Scandinavian communications market as a founder, strategist, and executive. He co-founded First House in Oslo and was a key driver in Paritee’s strategic development after joining Geelmuyden Kiese in 2023.

His broad international advisory background spans public affairs, crisis communication, financial services, capital markets, and corporate strategy. He currently serves as Commercial Director at Geelmuyden Kiese and as a senior advisor to the leadership team at Paritee.

Mikkel Salgaard Bendtsen

Since 2018, Salgaard Bendtsen has held a central leadership role at Geelmuyden Kiese Denmark. In recent years, he has led the agency through a strong growth phase, with a renewed strategic focus on public affairs and societal communications.
