Oslo, March 17 – International agency group Paritee, owner of Scandinavian Geelmuyden Kiese, UK and US-based Brands2Life and LHLK Group in Germany, has appointed two new partners. Karne Lykkebo and Rasmus Nygaard-Winther from the Geelmuyden Kiese Group will both step in as partners in Paritee on March 17. They will assume their roles in addition to their current positions at Geelmuyden Kiese.

Established in 2021, Paritee with 60 million Euros currently in net sales has more than 400 employees. Founded as an alternative to traditional global agency groups, Paritee today owns agencies in the UK, USA, Germany, and Scandinavia.

"We founded Paritee with a vision of creating a new type of agency platform and collaboration model. The platform aims to connect strong national agencies to a mutually beneficial collaboration model, where we provide clients with deep industry expertise across multiple geographies," says Jonas Palmqvist, CEO of Paritee.

An essential part of Paritee's approach is also creating international career opportunities for partners and leaders running its national agencies. It is within this context that Karne Lykkebo and Rasmus Nygaard-Winther now have become partners.

"We want to offer the best talents the opportunity to build an international career in the agency world. Therefore, offering partnership to individuals who are key to our local agencies and who deliver unique solutions across the group is a cornerstone of Paritee's vision," says Jonas Palmqvist.

Rasmus Nygaard-Winther has been part of the Geelmuyden Kiese Group for six years, holding the position of Group Head of Public Affairs.

"Rasmus has a distinct perspective on public affairs and has rapidly developed Geelmuyden Kiese’s offerings over the past few years. His approach, emphasizing deep sector expertise combined with understanding business strategic interests and a modern take on public affairs, has proven very successful. This approach influences how Paritee as a whole approaches public affairs, making it natural for Rasmus to step in as a partner in Paritee," says Jonas Palmqvist.

Karne Lykkebo has been with Geelmuyden Kiese for more than 12 years, initially as managing director of the Danish business and since summer 2020 as CEO of the entire Geelmuyden Kiese Group.

"Karne has demonstrated her capability in both developing and managing agencies. She has delivered outstanding results both in Denmark and as head of the entire Geelmuyden Kiese Group, making her a natural choice to continue this international journey with Paritee," Jonas Palmqvist concludes.
