With deep expertise spanning political, media and policy landscapes, the Fenton Fitzwilliam team is driven by a clear promise: to help organisations cut through complexity, shape policy and deliver results that matter.

Lars Erik Grønntun, Chairman of Paritee, says: “We are thrilled to welcome Fenton Fitzwilliam to the Paritee platform. They exemplify the qualities we seek: leading independent agencies with deep strategic insight and proven on-the-ground delivery. Their exceptional talent, experience, and strong presence in Dublin and Brussels will bring significant value to clients navigating today’s complex policy landscape. At Paritee, we remain disciplined in our growth—focusing on sectors and specialisms where we can make the greatest impact for our clients, our people, and our shareholders.”

Moray Macdonald, CEO of Fenton Fitzwilliam, says: “Our goal from the outset has been to build an agency of doers – people who deliver results and create lasting impact for the organisations we work with. In a fast-changing political environment, strategy is only the starting point; what matters is turning that advice into action and achieving outcomes that shift debates and influence decisions. With the support of Paritee, and by connecting our teams in Dublin, Brussels and London, we are uniquely placed to help clients cut through the noise, build coalitions and get things done.”

Moray will combine his role as CEO of Fenton Fitzwilliam with his position as Head of Public Affairs at Brands2Life in London, working to connect teams across Ireland, the UK and Brussels to deliver seamless advice and advocacy. Meanwhile, Jonas Palmqvist, CEO of Paritee, will take on the role of Chair at Fenton Fitzwilliam.

Fenton Fitzwilliam launches with a team of nine professionals across Dublin and Brussels. The vision for establishing Fenton Fitzwilliam is to turn advice into action – helping organisations cut through complexity, shape policy and deliver results that matter. The founding directors include:

  • Moray Macdonald, CEO – Formerly Managing Director at Weber Shandwick and Instinctif Partners.

  • David O’Donnell, Managing Director – Specialist in media strategy, stakeholder engagement and crisis communications.

  • Emer Sugrue, Director – Former journalist with The Irish Times and Green Party communications officer.

  • Lorna Fitzpatrick, Director – Former USI President and Labour Party member, with expertise in advocacy, PR and corporate communications.
