Leif Geiger will be joining the holding company Paritee as Chief Growth Officer and partner. Geiger has more than 20 years of experience from leading roles in the communications industry. He is currently with award-winning agency Prime Weber Shandwick, where he is a partner and the Deputy CEO, as well as Director Business Transformation for Weber Shandwick in EMEA. - Stockholm, 16 June 2022.
Leif Geiger has extensive experience from marketing and brand communication as well as strategic consultancy for Nordic and international clients. He has held leading roles in media and research group Universum and most recently the role of Deputy CEO and partner at Prime Weber Shandwick in Stockholm. Leif has also successfully been responsible for one of Weber Shandwick's largest clients globally and on an EMEA level has led a growth program for the agency's top 40 clients.
Paritee is a new holding company with the ambition to invest in and create a home for unique talent and innovative agencies in the international communications industry. Paritee consists of a team with significant experience. Chairman and main owner is Lars Erik Grønntun, who until 2020 was global president of Hill + Knowlton. He founded the Norwegian H + K business (Gambit) which was acquired by WPP. Jonas Palmqvist is CEO and has a background as COO for Weber Shandwick in EMEA, and former partner and COO for the award-winning agency Prime which was acquired by IPG. Jonatan Fägri is head of strategy with a background as chief of staff for Hill + Knowlton EMEA.
In September 2021, Paritee made its first investment through the acquisition of Geelmuyden Kiese, one of the largest PR agencies in Scandinavia with 110 employees in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. The award-winning agency was started in 1989 by Hans Geelmuyden. Paritee owns 100% of the Geelmuyden Kiese group.
